Half #2: Heading North
The second half of the race was also full of a diverse set of startups. From Crypto/DeFi to B2B SaaS to Biotech, there wasn't any shortage of innovation. Frankly, the toughest part for me was narrowing down the candidate pools. If I could, I'd do an even more rigorous deep-dive into each region to build out a profile of culture and potential at each stage. Who knows, maybe there will be an opportunity 🤷🏻♂️ (hint: if you’re reading this and want to sponsor or know someone who wants to sponsor a real Tour de French Tech, get in touch!).
Stage 12: You Choose!
I've been debating how I wanted to present the final stage, Île-de-France (Paris), for some time now. Paris is home to upwards of 55% of all French startups, many of whom I've covered in previous issues of Startup ROI. So instead of selecting three winners like the previous stages, I turned it over to you, the audience, to crowdsource some amazing regional leaders, scale-ups & green tech startups.
